About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled

Manager – Security Engineering

with hands-on experience in vulnerability lifecycle management (including all expertise on leading VM tools - vulnerability management

tools- Rapid 7, ), security operations (SOC and incident management), and cloud security. In this role, you will be primarily focused on executing end-to-end vulnerability management, securing our infrastructure, and managing cloud security posture.

Skills and Experience requirements: 8+ years of experience in vulnerability management and security operations. Proven expertise in cyber forensics and incident response. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity risks, threats, and advanced persistent threats (APTs). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for identifying and mitigating security threats. Hands-on experience with infrastructure and application security. Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, CCSP,

or other leading security certifications.Cloud Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, Microsoft Cybersecurity, or AWS Certified Security are highly advantageous. Experience with information security technologies, especially in VM tools, Cloud Security tools, log management and configuring syslog. Knowledge in API security, digital asset protection, cloud computing technologies, and cloud security is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across systems and applications. Implement and manage system security tools to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats in real-time. Lead cloud security efforts, including the implementation and operations of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) to ensure compliance and secure cloud environments. Oversee application security practices, including secure coding standards and regular security assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of IT and business operations. Assist and contribute Security Operations Center to ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to strengthen the organization's security posture. Participate in project work related to Information and Cyber Security Risk. Develop innovative and scalable tools, solutions, and processes to enhance Security team’s operations. Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement. Provide security event analysis and escalation for identified threats. Tools Required
