Business Information Security Officer (BISO)
to join our dynamic Information Systems team. The BISO will play a pivotal role in managing information security risks and aligning security controls with business needs. You’ll work closely with our GRCP Lead to develop and implement security strategies and policies, ensuring the safety and integrity of our information assets across TCL and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities: Map business needs to security controls, manage information risks, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential vulnerabilities. Oversee security incidents, including detection and resolution. Collaborate with business units to align security practices and facilitate communication between IS teams and stakeholders. Manage third-party vendor security risks and compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (MTech in CS preferred). 5+ years of experience in information security with expertise in risk management, security policy development, and incident management. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
