Job Description:


  • To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management.
  • To set up and test computer peripherals.
  • To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies.
  • Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot and support over email, chat, and call to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance.
  • Worked on any ticketing tool.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration.
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
  • Set up accounts and workstations.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
