IT Recruiter

to join our India Team with a strong background in the Australian IT job market. This remote position, based in India, will focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent across various technology domains for our Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals from different technology backgrounds, including software development, network engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and more. Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates. Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Australian IT job market to identify and engage with potential candidates. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape in the Australian IT industry. Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them with appropriate job opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers in Australia to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their company culture and technical requirements. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals within specified timelines. Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the Australian job market. Mid-level experience, with a track record of successfully placing candidates across various technology roles. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of different technology stacks and IT roles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.

Educational Requirements: Degree:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
