As we expand, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our client base. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Sales Executive to focus on IT staffing solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our technical staffing services to US-based companies. This is a full-time, remote position based in India, but you will collaborate with our US team and operate primarily in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST). Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business in the IT staffing space. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing staffing solutions that meet their requirements. Collaborate with the US-based technical team to present candidates to clients. Track and report on sales performance, including metrics like revenue growth and client acquisition. Stay updated on market trends and the IT staffing industry to stay competitive. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placements and high client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting. Strong knowledge of IT services and technical staffing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a US time zone (Eastern Time Zone). Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
