Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Exhibition Director at ICE Global ECommerce Technology Pvt Ltd. The Exhibition Director will lead the organization of B2B trade and industry focused expos, overseeing budgeting, exhibit design, sales, event planning, and strategic planning to ensure successful execution of weekly expos at ICEBUY in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Previous experience in organizing exhibitions or trade shows Budgeting, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in Exhibit Design and Event Planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of eCommerce trends and technologies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

The selected candidate must be residing in Bangalore

The candidate must be highly experienced in organising and successful execution of B2B Exhibitions

The candidate must be responsible for the overall success and execution of the exhibition alongwith deep responsibility for the TOP LINE and BOTTOM LINE success of the exhibition

The candidate must be able to work on small salary and big incentives on both top line and bottom line

The candidate must fully understand the roles and responsibilities of Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and must be committed to perform as a successful CGO

The candidate must be totally responsible for the business development and P&L of the exhibition
