Job Summary :

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be the voice of Qla. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, working to enhance guest experiences and drive sales. You will play a pivotal role in creating lasting relationships with guests and ensuring their continued loyalty through personalized service and timely follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the restaurants’ offerings, including menus, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Contact guests on special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to extend personalized greetings and invitations to dine with us.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, addressing inquiries and resolving guest concerns efficiently.
  • Identify guest needs and propose suitable solutions through the range of services provided by the restaurants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective guests to foster loyalty and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Regularly update and manage guest contact lists, ensuring all details are current.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the organization.
  • Stay updated on market trends and guest preferences to offer more relevant services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and expectations.
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism and respect, regardless of the situation.
  • Collect and act on guest feedback after their visits to improve service offerings.


Must Have :

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to effectively address guest queries and provide solutions.
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
