We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team based out of India! The Inside Sales Specialist will be representing our US client/partner Serigor Inc. (https:
//www.Serigor.Com) and will be responsible for outbound sales, prospecting, generating and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline, getting past gatekeepers, and other prospecting-related tasks

This candidate MUST have a strong understanding of the Information Technology (IT) sales and/or US Staffing Sales process with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Candidate MUST be ready to work in US Shifts (7 PM 4 AM IST)

100% Remote / Work from Home allowed for ideal candidates

Local candidates preferred. Our office is in West Delhi, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110018


Responsibilities

  • Generate new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North America
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads
  • Sell/Upsell/Cross sell IT Solutions and IT Staffing services to new and existing clients
  • Deliver unparalleled customer experience by resolving customer issues as and when required
  • Generate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basis
  • Work with geographically dispersed members of this team
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Campaigns
  • Managing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter


Requirements

  • MUST be willing to work in Night Shifts / US Shifts
  • Minimum 1-3 Years of Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience selling IT Solutions or IT staffing services in US geography
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Sales and Marketing highly preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, conversational skills and active listening ability to build a strong rapport with potential clients
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing
  • Ability to work individually as well as a team member
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with global team members
  • Some experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, Zoho etc
