Job Title: Business Development - IT Services Sales

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and driving sales for IT services, particularly in software, technology, and KPO sectors. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, have a functional understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.

Experience- 2 to 5 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate leads for IT services sales through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects across various verticals within the IT services industry. 3. Profile and qualify prospects based on role, designation, service line, industry, geography, revenue, and employee strength. 4. Conduct extensive and meticulous secondary research on companies and individuals using tools such as LinkedIn, Tech Crunch, Bloomberg, and others. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities and track progress using a CRM tool. 6. Continuously update and maintain a database of potential clients and leads. 7. Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and engage with new prospects. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with prospects and clients.

Secondary Skill Set: 1. Previous experience in business development or technology sales for IT services companies is preferred. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
