IT Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities

Learn and understand the challenges and objectives of potential clients in their digital transformation journey. Assist in identifying pain points that can be addressed through the company's digital solutions.

Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies that align with the company’s goals. Help set objectives, identify target markets, and establish sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Support senior team members in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Learn to gain insights into their strategic priorities and build trust in the company’s digital capabilities.

Learn to articulate the value proposition of the company’s digital solutions. Assist in demonstrating how these solutions can address customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Assist in managing sales processes, learning how to handle longer decision-making cycles and multiple stakeholders. Develop persistence and problem-solving skills to navigate objections and obstacles.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success. Assist in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital solutions and alignment with customer expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Help adjust sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital space.

Assist in driving demand through targeted marketing and proactive outreach. Help attract prospects, nurture leads, and optimize sales processes to maximize revenue.

Qualification:

0-1 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a service-based environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in business transformation. Strong interest in building relationships and understanding customer needs. Willingness to learn and adapt to market dynamics and innovate sales strategies. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. A team player with a keen interest in developing leadership skills and contributing to a high-performing sales team. Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
