Roles and Responsibilities -

Strategic program management for enhancing efficiency and output of skilling programs -

Management of service and hospitality skilling projects -

Candidate screening -

Management and liaising with clients (employer) and training partners -

Ensuring quality of training partners through skilling programs -

Data management related to each project -

Feedback management from employers – collection, analysis, highlighting key issues and providing solutions for resolving the same -

Feedback management from candidates – collection, analysis, highlighting key issues and providing solutions for resolving the same -

Interview preparation with candidates before employer interviews -

Document management of candidates -

Liaising with candidates and employers during placement phase -

Maintaining candidates discipline and ensuring enforcement of program rules and procedures. -

Providing guidance to candidates -

Team management -

Lesson content creation Candidate Profile -

Experience:

5 years of experience in the hospitality-service industry with exposure in HR & L&D -

Qualification: o

Bachelors or Hotel Management Degree – Bachelors (minimum) or Masters o

On-ground work at hotels in HR & L&D for a minimum of 1-2 years within overall industry experience with notable brand(s) Terms -
