Job Overview: As an International Voice Processor, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, and provide exceptional service to clients from various regions. You must work efficiently during the night shift and communicate effectively across different time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. 2) Address and resolve customer queries related to the Company’s Product. 3) Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly. 4) Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5) Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals. 6) Adapt communication style to accommodate different cultural and regional norms. 7) Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery. 8) Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with company policies.

Qualifications: 1) Excellent verbal communication and interpretation skills. 2) Prior experience in a customer service or tele-calling role, preferably in an international context. 3) Ability to work efficiently during night shift hours. 4) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. 5) Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. 6) Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant tools. 7) Flexibility to handle different types of calls and adapt to changing priorities. 8) High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are a plus.
