Job Responsibilities: Design & Simulate Circuits:

Employ advanced circuit design methodologies in IOT for Analog and Digital using Altium or Eagle, leveraging features such as hierarchical schematic design and advanced simulation tools within these platforms. Conduct thorough SPICE simulations to analyze and optimize the performance of intricate electronic circuits. Craft Multi-layer PCBs:

Demonstrate proficiency in crafting complex, multi-layered PCBs within Altium or Eagle environments. Address challenges related to high-speed signal integrity, impedance matching, and thermal management using the specific tools provided by these platforms. Ensure strict compliance with EMI/EMC standards through strategic component placement and signal trace routing. Collaborate with Manufacturing:

Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to not only transform designs into reality but also to optimize for manufacturability. Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, addressing issues related to assembly, testing, and scalability in mass production. Sensor Integration & Product:

Integrate & Test new sensors (Air, Weather, Water) with help from our embedded team and report results to assist future product development. Additionally, the candidate needs to be able to envision full product lifecycle while designing. Debug Hardware Issues:

Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other advanced diagnostic tools for in-depth hardware debugging. Identify root causes of issues, implement corrective measures, and iterate designs for continuous improvement. Document Everything Clearly:

Maintain meticulous documentation, including detailed schematics, layout guidelines, and design rationale. Provide comprehensive documentation that not only serves as a reference but also aids in knowledge transfer within the team and for future projects.

Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation. Showcase a robust track record with over

years of hands-on experience in designing electronics and creating intricate PCB layouts upto 6 layers. Exhibit advanced proficiency in Altium and Eagle, showcasing mastery in utilizing these tools for complex design challenges. Demonstrate a high level of expertise in debugging complex hardware issues, coupled with effective communication skills to articulate findings and solutions to cross-functional teams. Possess an in-depth understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, including knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and quality control measures.

Bonus Points: Earn additional recognition for hands-on experience in Design for Excellence (DFX) principles, encompassing aspects such as manufacturability, testability, and reliability. Specialized knowledge and experience in routing for power electronics applications, considering factors like thermal dissipation and high current considerations. Showcase familiarity with E-CAD/M-CAD collaboration practices, ensuring seamless integration between electronic and mechanical design processes. Earn extra credit for adherence to IPC standards and possessing practical soldering expertise, contributing to the overall reliability and quality of electronic assemblies.
