RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT user issues including hardware, software, network connectivity, and application access.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively identify and report potential IT issues to prevent downtime.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of new hardware and software.
  • Update and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies relevant to VinFast's operations.
  • Provide IT support during onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with users.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk Specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
