The Project Manager – Business Solutions role will be responsible for leading the global IT projects across ChemPharma & Energy. You will be a member of highly experienced IT team reporting to the IT Leader – Commercial and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess proven techno-functional expertise, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal/client engagement skills, project management skills and leadership capabilitiesResponsibilities:Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.Set and track project milestones;

manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedule and expectations as needed.Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments for projectsIdentify opportunities to integrate technology to business to improve front end responsiveness, reduce costs, and position for growthLead creation of functional specifications for new tool developmentCreate and manage the SOPs and training material on SharePointDemonstrate strong knowledge of ERP systems and data mining skillsEnsure compliance with management controls which satisfy the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley in all areas of business.Provide execution support for high visibility “strategic deployment” initiativesUtilizing bleeding edge technology (AI/ML), pro-actively identify and architect visual management dashboards to track KPIsEssential Qualifications / Experience:MBA or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is a minimum requirement, with a preferred requirement being a master’s degree in engineering or information systems At least 5+ years of work experience leading agile pilots and/or large-scale enterprise software implementations that have demonstrated bottom line impact to businesses Deep understanding of ERP, MRP, including Quote to Cash business processes, Finance processes, data architecture, and change acceleration Good understanding of AI/ML“Hands-on” leader with the ability to execute or strategize effectively Proven expertise in both Waterfall as well as Agile project management methodologies for software development Experience leading and working with remote/global teams Must be willing to travel to domestic/international Crane or customer locations, with up to 25 % travel at peak-times
