We're looking for an ISO 27001 Lead who's ready to ditch the jargon, roll up their sleeves, and guide our clients to certification success. Responsibilities - What You'll Do: Be the ISO expert: You'll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of clients, helping them understand and implement ISO 27001 in a way that makes sense for their business. Build Relationships: You'll build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and cheerleader throughout their compliance journey. Lead Implementations & Maintenance: You'll project manage implementations and maintain existing certifications, ensuring everything stays on track and everyone's on the same page. Craft Actually Useful Policies: Forget boring, 50-page documents. You'll create clear, concise policies that people actually want to read. Lead Audits: You'll lead internal audits, prepare clients for external audits, and be their champion throughout the certification process. Stay Ahead of the Curve: You'll keep up-to-date on the latest ISO 27001 developments and share your knowledge with the team and clients. Requirements - What You Bring: 4+ years of ISO 27001 experience: You know the standard inside and out, but you're also eager to learn and grow. A passion for startups: You understand the unique challenges they face and want to help them succeed. Excellent communication skills: You can explain complex concepts in plain English and build rapport with anyone. A proactive, problem-solving attitude: You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A sense of humor: Because let's face it, compliance can be a bit dry sometimes.
