Job Description The VP of Corporate Operations will be responsible for managing the company’s operational backbone, including HR, finance, data management, and compliance. This role is critical for establishing operational excellence and creating the systems and processes that drive efficiency across departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure all departments are functioning smoothly, and you will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, and internal reporting. Skills & Qualifications Expertise in operations management, finance, and HR Strong data analysis and reporting skills Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving High level of organizational and leadership skills Previous Experience 10+ years of experience in operations management Proven ability to create and manage scalable processes Experience in financial management and P&L oversight CTC Up to 12L
