Job Summary:

As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source candidates through various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their careers in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and technical skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract talent.
  • Assist with onboarding and new-hire orientation processes when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
  • Willingness to learn about various IT roles and technical terminologies.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Basic understanding of IT and software development processes.
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
