The Purpose of the role

We have openings in Hyderabad for technology team at mid-level for passionate individuals with the below criteria:

• Hands-on in technology
• Engineering and Product Mindset
• Insurance domain knowledge (Commercial, Personal, Claims, Consumer)
• Worked in Startup / MNC GCC's
• 10 to 15 yrs. experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Wanting to make a difference
• Ability to work in Network/Matrix model among others.

Required knowledge, Skills and qualifications

• Enterprise Integration (Java/SpringBoot + ESB/Mule/Apache Camel/Apache Service Mix/ Volante)
• BizTalk (ESB / Migration from BizTalk to other tech)
• Messaging (Kafka)
• BPM Workflow (OpenText AppWorks / Camunda / Zeebe )
• Rules Engine (RedHat Decision Manager / Drools / Camunda Rules Engine )
• Common Skillset:
  Cloud (preferably Azure) / Containerization (Docker) / Orchestration (Docker Swarm / Kubernetes)
• Graduate / Post Graduate with BE/Btech, ME/Mtech, MCA.
• Must be hands on in technology.
• Experience working with global teams/ Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to foster frequent interactions with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and an eye for details.
• Innovative in approach and focused to add value to the existing process.
