- Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions
- Lead Agile Sprint planning sessions and daily standups
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
- Optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members
- Identify, track and mitigate risks to the product/application
- Promote continuous process improvement especially in code quality, test ability & reliability
Qualifications / Skills:
- Engineering grad from top institutes (IIT / NIT / Govt. College)
- 6-10 years of overall software development experience
- 1+ years of experience leading a team
- 3+ years of experience with Java and SpringBoot
- Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage
o UI technologies (Javascript / ReactJS)
o NoSQL databases
o Any cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices, unit testing subject area, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
