Job Summary : Rexus Group is seeking a Junior IT Project Coordinator to assist in managing and delivering IT projects efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution, while ensuring communication across teams and stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their project management skills in a dynamic IT environment. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they meet the objectives and deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, gather updates, and manage tasks. Support the preparation of project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and progress reports. Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and within scope. Ensure effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors by facilitating meetings and managing updates. Identify project risks and issues, escalating them to senior team members as necessary. Maintain project tracking tools, updating project status and ensuring documentation is up-to-date. Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, reporting, and preparing presentations. Assist with the onboarding and coordination of external vendors and partners for project-related tasks. Support quality assurance and testing processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role in IT projects. Basic understanding of project management principles and tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred : Experience in IT infrastructure or software development projects. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications.
