We are looking for junior Sales Managers to join our successful Indian sales team, this to support our fast-growing customer base. You will be part of our local team and work with projects, local, or that covers several continents in a unique Global cooperation. You will be responsible for your own customers and their growth, cooperate with distributors, chipset vendors and other partners. We expect you to have ambitions to always prioritize customers focus and always provide them extensive support and best in class experience.

You need to be a true team player who can manage to have several things going on at the same time. You enjoy being successful and with capacity to reach and overachieve targets. We expect you to be able to drive yourself, your projects and customer relations by yourself in a team where freedom to act is one of the keys off success. Together with our RSD (Regional Sales Director) will you will plan and align on your sales activities and then enjoy the freedom to build your won base from your own skills and knowhow.

Who you are:

· Hunter with a great farming attitude and extremely customer oriented · Strong focus on developing customer relations to project wins and success · Great ability to handle strategic accounts and drive projects to revenue · Develop and execute strategy for achieving annual sales goal by territory, distribution channel and key accounts with aim to overachieve targets · Identify key decision makers within customer executive team, engineering, supply management and establishes great relations on all levels at customers · Lead and drive new business demand creation in symbiose with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers. · Conduct face to face customer management meetings as necessary to provide support, address issues, communicate updates and advocate your customers desire within Quectel · Create and align monthly and quarterly sales forecast, delivering revenue goals and ensuring on-time supply · According to the market and customer project status, make business trip plans, and participate in exhibitions, seminars and visits to key customers

Requirements:

Must, · Great sales profile (hunter) with social skills and experience in electronics or relevant products. (Preferably semiconductor, wireless technologies OR modules) · 2 year’s experience within electronic industry · Big interest in IoT applications · Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and good written and verbal communication · Great team player without prestige · Ability to learn fast and with personal future targets to achieve · Fluent in English language · Able to spend time on the road and meetings · Own driving license and car

Preferred , · Understanding of components, HW, SW and related · Cellular, RF & GNSS module experience is highly preferred. · Understanding about the evolving wireless technologies, GNSS & RF. · Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization.
