Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to focus on key account sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of our products and the ability to develop customized solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and providing solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing key accounts.

Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify potential key accounts and develop strategies to engage them. Present our products and services to key accounts, highlighting their features and benefits. Negotiate and close sales deals with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with key accounts to understand their evolving needs and provide proactive support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts. Monitor and report on key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to develop and implement business development strategies for key accounts. Participate in the development of marketing and promotional materials tailored to key accounts. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for key accounts.

Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior business development executives to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Share best practices and insights with the broader business development team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the industrial machinery or related industry. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
