  1. Achieve CGM target of All Trades - 'By increasing customer Base and getting regular volume from them as per agreed individual numbers trade wise.
  2. Improve vessel utilisations on services - Planning vessels of respective trade's vessels with minimum costs to company and maximum utilization as per given allocation.
  3. 'Develop new accounts / creating business opportunities for reefer / special equipment and regular updation of CRM - Customer calls on weekly basis.
  4. 'Reduce AR over 0 days / Ensure that all outstanding / Collection to be cleared within credit period - 'Continuously chasing credit / cash customers basis reports published by AR Team on weekly basis.
  5. To ensure timely,effective communication - emails / reports with customers, internal departments and Principal office. - To ensure given timelines are followed
