Role : Knitwear Designer Experience : 0-1 Years

Responsibilities :

1: Adhering to

timelines

for respective category actions and pushing for the same from the stakeholders. Delivering Owned tasks as per GTM and ensuring the stakeholder tasks via follow ups/design support.

2:

Design hygiene

for respective categories Ensures the "best" design inputs in respective categories, research, idea freshness, Innovation, sustainability, newness in design, colors, techniques etc.

3:

Collaborating

with stakeholders to ensure that the products are coming as they are planned to be { FIT/SAMPLING/COPY/PACKAGING/BUYING/PNM } Being assertive on what is needed to be done, ensuring quality on each step.

4: Sticking to

brand guidelines

for final design outputs We are known for keeping what we are intact.

5: Make necessary

presentations

to management and stakeholders { inside and outside } Make convincing presentations wherever needed to push your idea/product.

6:

Fabric

engagement Each designer for his/her own category should keep suggesting fabrics, we can look at a fortnightly call where ideas can be discussed/ordered/browsed.

7:

Competition/market

check Each designer should be physically in the market once every 60 days, come back with inputs/images, keep a very close tab on his/her categories on the competition and brands.

Desired Skills and Experience

0-1 years of relevant Knitwear design experience preferably in top wear { tees, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies } etc Naturally creative with a strong passion and aesthetic for modern, minimal design
