Job Summary:


The Knowledge and Systems Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the knowledge base, training programs, and learning resources. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our team is well-equipped with the latest information, tools, and techniques to support students in their overseas education journey.


Key Responsibilities:


Knowledge Management:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain a centralized knowledge management system for the organization.
  • Ensure that all employees have access to up-to-date information on study abroad programs, visa regulations, and partner universities.
  • Regularly update and distribute knowledge resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practice documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and document critical information.


Training and Development:


  • Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on key areas such as counseling techniques, customer service, and compliance with international education regulations.
  • Organize regular workshops, webinars, and refresher courses to keep the team updated on the latest trends in international education.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Develop e-learning modules and other digital training resources to facilitate remote learning.


Collaboration and Support:


  • Work closely with the Business as well as the HR department to identify training needs and develop tailored programs for different teams.
  • Support the marketing team in creating educational content for students, including webinars, guides, and videos.
  • Collaborate with external trainers, universities, and other stakeholders to bring diverse perspectives and expertise into the training programs.


Monitoring and Reporting:


  • Track and report on the progress of training programs and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the impact of training and knowledge programs on employee performance and student satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training and knowledge management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in training, knowledge management, or a related role within the education or overseas consultancy industry.
  • Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and student counselling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
