<h4>Job Description</h4><p>networking Position : L1 Engineer</p> <p>Designation : Trainee / Engineer.</p> <p>Project : Technical Support</p> <p>Experience : 0 - 5 years</p> <p>Job Location : Chennai</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Technical support</li> <li>Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer</li> <li>Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.</li> <li>Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service</li> <li>Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.</li> </ul> <p>Qualification:</p> <p>Fresher - Graduate with Computer Science Background is mandatory.
