Project Engineer- Electronics Systems

Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of program activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Project Management: Support managing multiple projects within the program, including setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful completion. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns. Change Management: Knowledge of ECN, ECO, and Manufacturing Change Processes. Resource Management: Help allocate resources (staff, budget, equipment) efficiently to meet project requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop strategies to mitigate them. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance to senior management. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all program-related activities, including plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.

Candidate requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Development. Good knowledge of the Hardware Development Cycle, tool development, and production processes.

Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
