Job Description:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals and targets Manage and lead the team to deliver on sales, operational, and financial targets Provide advisory services and expertise to clients on SuccessFactors and other relevant services Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and risks, and develop appropriate action plans Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the team Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

Profile Description: 15 years of Total Experience including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. Consulting experience in SAP HCM domain and SAP SuccessFactor. Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in SAP SuccessFactors & Human Capital Management (HCM). Experience in SuccessFactors- Performance, Payroll and Goal Management. Excellent knowledge of MDF, and associated system configuration 4/5 projects Implementation in SAP SF and/or SAP SF Payroll Hands-on experience with Solution Design Configuration Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design, and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects. Perform analysis and translate business needs and create solution requirements documentation. Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs, and user documentation to support project implementation activities. Positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations. Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities. Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours, and work environments and locations.
