Title: Lead Data Analyst (Products)

As Data Analytics Manager you enable decision making for the company by providing day-to-day analytics, trends, patterns to business and product teams. Ability to understand requests from Product and Business teams and resolve the problems by hypothesis testing from data. Leverage existing data systems to generate useful insights that support in development of products, leading a strong team.

Key Responsibilities: Understand the product and identify the key drivers of revenue and growth. Pull and analyze data to address and solve specific business problems. Generate insights and identify trends from data using various techniques including Statistics, Modeling, Descriptive Statistics, and Exploratory Data Analysis. Work closely with product managers to generate actionable insights that ensure the right decisions are taken. Clearly communicate results and insights to management and stakeholders in an articulate and understandable manner. Validate and test various hypotheses to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Develop Product Pricing Strategies using Analytics. Understands Price Optimization, Discount Offer Effectiveness, Campaign Management. Contribute to building BI dashboards on Tableau. Interpret and Understand metrics and troubleshoot problems. Support stakeholders on Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Campaign Analytics. Business focused and numbers driven individual. Support data driven decision making by generating insights and patterns around user behaviour, product usage, business trends etc. Understand new developments in the analytics, data science and machine learning space across industries for potential uses. Conceptualize and drive multiple projects around analytics for product, businesses and other stakeholders using advanced technologies and new data sources (POC execution) Partner with the data technology team to evolve the data infrastructure to support ongoing business needs. Deliver insights and recommendations to help leadership and cross-functional stakeholders better understand business performance, customer behaviour and support strategic and tactical decisions to improve outcomes.

Skills & Competencies : Proficient in SQL, Statistics, Advanced Excel, and Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner. Experience in validating and testing hypotheses to support data-driven decision-making. Advanced analytics, BI dashboards Understanding of Data architecture and flow of data is essential. Delivered Analytical patterns and business insights to stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelors / Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines from Tier 1 institutes is preferred. Good to have knowledge of Python and R and other skills. Years of experience – 9 yrs with minimum 5-6 years working as an Data analyst.
