Roles and Responsibilities ● As a DevOps Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of DevOps, release, and site reliability engineers. Your role involves managing AWS infrastructure, owning the self hosting systems. You'll strategize for future infrastructure needs while optimizing the existing setup. ● Your expertise will be crucial in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Additionally, you'll build containerized infrastructure using technologies such as Docker . Security is a top priority, and you'll collaborate with the security team to create a robust and secure network within Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). ● Collaboration with developers and QA is key for instituting Continuous Integration with Automated Testing Architectures. You'll play a pivotal role in creating and managing dashboards for visibility into delivery, production application functionality, and performance. ● Your responsibilities extend to establishing systems, policies, and workflows that facilitate deployment rollbacks in coordination with developers. ● Maintaining a 24/7 on-call rotation is part of the job to promptly respond and troubleshoot production issues. Your support also extends to assisting developers and other teams during post-mortem analyses, follow-ups, and issue reviews affecting production availability. ● Given that our entire platform is hosted on AWS, your expertise in system architecture and process design and implementation will be crucial for the success of our web applications, web services, and various AWS resources such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53, and SNS.

Desired Skills and Experience ● Over 6 years of practical experience in Cloud computing, encompassing both Public and Private Cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on one or more Public Cloud platforms (preferably AWS). ● Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale changes within complex systems. ● Proficiency in current and emerging technologies, diverse platforms, tools, and products, including their respective applications. ● Hands-on experience with orchestration and containerization tools, such as Docker containers and Kubernetes. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and a comprehensive understanding of databases, including PostgreSQL and Aurora. ● Knowledge of programming languages ( Go, Python
