We’re on the lookout for a talented Lead Engineer who will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and leading our technical teams to success.
The Role:
As the Lead Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI products, leading data architecture and driving data science efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI products and systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our customers objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generative AI Development:
Lead the development, training, and deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and clients.
- Data Architecture Design:
Architect and implement robust, scalable data infrastructure that supports AI/ML operations, including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines.
- Data Science Leadership:
Oversee the application of advanced data science techniques, driving the discovery of actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
- Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Project Execution:
Manage the full lifecycle of AI product architecture, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical efforts with strategic goals.
- Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science, and drive the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the team.
- Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all AI models and data architectures adhere to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a senior engineering role with a focus on AI, data architecture, or data science, with demonstrated success in leading complex projects.
- Technical Expertise:
Strong background in Generative AI (e.G., GPT, GANs, autoencoders), machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science methodologies.
- Data Architecture:
Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, scalable data architectures, with experience in both structured and unstructured data environments.
- Programming Proficiency:
Expert in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Technologies:
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including their AI and data services.
- Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Problem-Solving Ability:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Communication:
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus but not required.
