Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Rewards Specialist who should have managed Rewards for a region/ country independently. Join our Global Rewards CoE team for developing, implementing, governing and managing local Compensation & Benefits systems, program and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities • You will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of compensation data from various sources, including global surveys, to determine the company's competitive positioning and develop pay ranges for individual jobs. Additionally, you'll collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to address talent concerns, create awareness of rewards programs, and devise solutions for business challenges. • You will be responsible for managing and administering end-to-end benefit programs across multiple regions, including CIS, Continental Europe, and Latin America. This includes designing, assessing, and renewing benefit programs, identifying areas for improvement, conducting quality audits, and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • You will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for mobility matters, overseeing both strategic and operational aspects of global mobility. This involves owning the regional Global Mobility strategy, acting as a subject matter expert, coordinating with sub-regional leads, monitoring performance and costs, and leveraging reporting and analytics to guide strategy. • You will be responsible for supporting HR due diligence processes during mergers and acquisitions, including analyzing compensation and benefits data, assessing HR-related liabilities, and contributing to the development of HR solution plans for key human resource decisions. This involves modeling retention plans, structuring compensation and benefits, addressing compliance issues, and aligning staffing approaches and culture.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification-

Post Graduation in Management/MBA in Human Resource from a premier institute

Minimum work Experience-

5-8 years of experience on in compensation, with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.

Skills & attributes – Technical Skills- • Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), Certified Payroll Professional (CCP) certification will be an added advantage. • 5 years of experience in compensation, with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices • Proven 2-3 years’ experience within Global Mobility and with established Global Mobility tools • Should have managed Rewards for a region/ country independently • Experience in Talent Management project management, budget management, Stakeholder and vendor management. • Understanding of business drivers, levers and metrics and demonstrated understanding of organizational mechanics, and influence.
