Required Skill Set:
- Experience in leading and mentoring a mid size (3-10 member) team
- Experience with documenting test plans and test cases
- Curious testing mind, good at exploring and troubleshooting
- Usability testing and automation experience
- Enterprise web based exposure
- Medium Java skills – this is required so that they can write utility functions to enhance(if needed) MBT framework (this is my group test framework) and automate EMS requirements.
- Knowledge of any CI/CD pipeline tools, preference git & bitbucket
- Experience with automation tools (e.G. Selenium, Jmeter, Cucumber)
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.G. JUnit, TestNG)
- Experience with REST API testing
Desired skills:
- Experience of testing on different platforms like Linux, (optional – Mac)
- Basic knowledge of deployment scripts like Ansible, Helm chart etc.
- Basic knowledge of DB and SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of source code management tools like GIT, Bit-Bucket etc.
- Experience with Agile methodology
