We're seeking an ambitious and strategic Lead Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts in India. You will work with your team leads and stakeholders to ensure recruitment numbers are met, and you will also lead the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy. You'll contribute to our overall business growth by recruiting some of the best talents available in India. Should have experience working in a fast-paced working environment.

What you’ll do on a typical day: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT (FSS) roles in India with a focus on lateral, campus, and leadership hiring. Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that align with business goals and deliver results within set timelines. Strong track record in niche hiring, bulk hiring, and mid-to-senior level recruitment, utilizing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others. Leverage your experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting or similar modules, along with strong data analysis and reporting skills. Spearhead hiring drives at college campuses and corporate events to attract emerging and talent. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs, provide strategic recruitment insights, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. Partner with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, from extending offers to negotiating terms and ensuring successful candidate closures. Engage with US stakeholders to provide transparent, regular updates on recruitment progress, ensuring strategic alignment with global objectives. Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged, thus enhancing their overall recruitment experience. Own recruitment metrics such as diversity, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire, cost per hire, and time-to-fill. Continuously optimize processes to achieve and exceed these targets.

What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, negotiations, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Strong research skills to locate potential candidates via social networks, professional sites, job board sites, resume databases, etc. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully.
