Role:
The Learning & Development Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing the sales skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team through the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. They collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, develop relevant curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences to drive sales effectiveness and productivity.
