Job Purpose:


As a Learning Architect, the role holder contributes to designing and delivering transformative learning experiences for a diverse audience of learners, including corporate and individual participants in both customised and open programmes. Engaging in Learning Need Identification (LNI) discussions with stakeholders, they assist in conducting analyses, tailoring content for programme design, and supporting the creation of reusable learning journeys. In addition to customising programmes for specific client needs, they collaborate on developing and refining open enrollment courses, ensuring they meet broad market demands. Assisting in programme execution, they help address issues and identify improvement opportunities across the learning value chain, contributing to high-quality learning experiences for all participants.


Job Outline:

  1. Learning Program Design & Conceptualization Support:
  • Participate in discussions with leadership teams to support learning needs analysis, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of organisational context and specific learning requirements.
  • Assist in tailoring content specific to program design, leveraging insights gathered to support the creation of impactful, reusable learning journeys.
  1. Program Execution Support & Client Connects:
  • Provide support to business development and program management teams, ensuring smooth execution of learning solutions.
  • Assist in shaping content with senior stakeholders and obtaining their review and approval, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.
  • Assist in program execution, addressing escalations and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance program delivery and quality.
  1. Quality Assurance Support:
  • Assist in implementing quality assurance measures throughout the learning program lifecycle, ensuring adherence to high content and delivery standards.
  • Support regular evaluations and audits to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to developing and maintaining quality standards, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.
  1. Faculty Relationship Support:
  • Assist in gathering information from faculty, clients, and internal teams to perform requirement analysis for program building.
  • Support faculty, course facilitators, and end clients in effectively using digital learning tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and quality standards.
  1. New Content Creation and Review Support:
  • Support research efforts to develop learning frameworks and fresh course materials aligned with evolving industry and business dynamics.
  • Assist in maintaining centralised repositories for reusable collateral and organising course content for ease of access and reference.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to the quality of newly created content, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.


Job Specification:

  • Knowledge/Education:
    PG or graduate degree in business administration, education, or related field.
  • Specific Skills:
    Experience with L&D teams (Optional), program support, learning design, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking.
  • Desirable Experience:
    Minimum 5 years’ experience in program support or instructional design;
    experience in executiveeducation, corporate learning, and online instruction.

Education and Experience:

  • PG or graduate degree in business administration, education, or related field.
  • Experience in curriculum support, blended learning, consultancy firms, and training/L&D practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, project support, time management, and organisational skills.
