Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • To set-up a global learning competence center catering to the strategic learning needs of Global Business Lines of Worldline.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition (receiving knowledge transfer) from the outgoing learning operations service provider and streamlining service delivery to the countries from India.
  • Design & roll-out service delivery as per the ITIL process model for Learning operations/ support services ( SLAs etc.)
  • Contribute to the associated transformation, i.E. promotion, adoption, engagement, and onboarding of countries in the new set-up.
  • Design and implementing learning operations/support processes in partnership with key stakeholders. Contribute towards deployment of global learning processes together with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) i.E. training need assessment etc.
  • Develop and deploy learner’s feedback/evaluation of curriculum and courses. Ensure timely corrective actions towards continuous improvement. Also contribute towards measurement of RoI and effectiveness of learning programs.

Playing an active role in global learning projects such as global mandatory training campaign, collective need identification, Internal trainer Communities, etc.

  • Design & develop skill-based learning paths contributing to upskilling and reskilling the global workforce.

LMS based services;
catalogue management, course management, retiring/clean-up of learning content, LMS administration, user’s training and support, learning hours related services etc.

Build and manage databases for various learning processes

  • Monitoring learning industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage operational KPIs and report monthly progress to the Head of Learning. Ensure connection with HR Analytics team for generation of smart reports.




Who Are We Looking For

  • Masters in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing learning and development COE with a demonstrated track record of success in an international environment, preferably in IT company.
  • Desirable to have experience in using SAP SuccessFactors for managing learning processes
  • Possessing a thorough insight into the learning ecosystem and catalog, with the ability to align skills, competences, and roles within the organization to facilitate targeted and effective learning experiences.
  • Team-oriented mindset, capable of both working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Speak French or Dutch could be a plus.
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to develop team members.
  • Proficient in O365 ( MS-Office, MS Teams etc.) Desirable to have understanding of MS automation, co-pilot etc.

Some experience in Authoring tool/Instructional design would be a plus
