Position :

L&D Specialist – LiDar Number of positions : 2 Employment Type : Full-time Experience Range : 3-8 Years as a trainer Location : Bhubaneswar & Hubballi

Required Skill: Skill requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language. • Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design is advantageous. • Experience of interaction with overseas clients. • Ability to adapt training approaches for varying skill levels and industries. • High comfort level with using tech tools/platforms. • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Multi-tasking and time management. • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical bent of mind. • Good with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Skill Requirements- Preferred:

• Previous 3D or Simulation training experience. • Previous labeling and annotation experience in 3D or Simulation. • Familiarity with computer programming, coding, simulation software, and technology. • Familiarity with different computer languages and coding. • Road Rules Knowledge. • Detail-oriented with adaptability to changing training needs.
