Instructional Designer

Overview: Fueling Brains academy is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing engaging e-learning courses using Articulate software and managing our Learning Management System (LMS). This role is pivotal in creating high-quality educational content that supports our mission here at Fueling Brains Key Responsibilities: ● Course Design and Development: ○ Utilize Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise to create interactive, engaging, and visually appealing e-learning courses. ○ Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content. ○ Collaborate with our Instructional Coaches to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure instructional accuracy. ○ Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices to course development. ● LMS Management: ○ Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s LMS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. ○ Upload and organize course materials, manage user access, and track learner progress and performance. ○ Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues and provide technical support to users. ○ Generate and analyze reports on learner engagement, course completion, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs ● Quality Assurance: ○ Review and test e-learning courses to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives. ○ Gather feedback from Learners and make continuous improvements to course content and delivery. ● Training and Support: ○ Provide training and support to employees on using the LMS and accessing e-learning courses. ○ Develop user guides, documentation, and instructional materials to facilitate using the LMS and e-learning content. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science or the equivalent ● Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. ● Hands-on experience managing and administering an LMS Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and best practices. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ● Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Please note that this is a remote based contractual position We thank all applicants for their interest.
