About the role:
As an MIS Specialist at GyanDhan, you will develop and maintain Management Information Systems, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and support various departments. You will work with stakeholders to meet their data needs, optimize processes, ensure data accuracy, and troubleshoot system issues while staying updated on industry best practices.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel, and SQL is a must. Proficiency in data visualization tools is good to have.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Prior experience or internship in data analysis, MIS, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
