Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our team in Jaipur. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience to kickstart their career in management and business development. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have the ability to spot and explore business opportunities, and excel in building strong relationships with clients.




Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to help drive company growth.
  • Conduct market research and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Support management in daily operations and participate in cross-functional team projects.
  • Present and promote the company’s services in a professional and persuasive manner to impress potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
  • Contribute to client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.



Responsibilities

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
0-1 year of experience in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and impress clients.

Dynamic, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Ability to identify business opportunities and act on them proactively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

A team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
