Manager Academics

<ol><li>SPOC for the accountability and delivery of all academic requirements for the students (content delivery, staff training, student and staff assessments, timetable preparation).</li><li>Taking end-to-end ownership of all aspects of the academic department.</li><li>Analyse student performance data and design mechanisms with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.</li><li>Ensure that all the Courses are conducted and completed as per plan.</li><li>To ensure that academic standards are maintained at all our campuses.</li><li>To identify and implement what aspects of the educational experience need to be addressed to ensure student success and overall development of the student.</li><li>To facilitate student, parent meetings and workshops, monitor teachers, classrooms and review new curriculums and classroom materials with the academic team individually or in group settings.</li><li>Identify training needs, design curriculum, and deliver domain training.</li><li>Facilitate/Deliver any other domain training initiatives like domain cross-training, domain upskilling training, student recap sessions, etc.</li><li>Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organizations, in consultation with operations, marketing, and product team, including assessment methods and measurement systems available.</li><li>Work with the Academic Team to produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of classes with venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient student attendance and course delivery.</li><li>Ensure all course activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and report on student course content and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales</li><li>Primary goal is tocreate high-impact and engaging learning content<strong></strong>for all students across all batches.</li><li>Define teaching methodology, curriculum framework, course structures and program development as per the brand vision.</li><li>Working closely with Faculties and coordinators to assist in creating the most engaging and uninterrupted flow of the course content.</li><li>Analyse & Research exams patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked for the courses we deliver.</li><li>Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses based on research and feedback.</li><li>Interact with students to understand their needs, take feedback, and resolve their academic queries and concerns.</li><li>Helping the academic team for resolution of queries related to Content and Academic delivery.</li></ol><p><br></p>
