Ensuring the right design for effective communication to appropriate audiences.<BR><BR>Additionally, provide timely design support to Marsh Advisory Casualty leaders to develop their Growth Strategy and the visualization of their Sales & Marketing collaterals that are both functional and aesthetically designed.<BR><BR>Prior experience working with senior leaders to develop their key messaging and storytelling through video / motion graphics or experience in multimedia production for Leadership Strategy and Marketing & Sales support will be an advantage.<BR><BR>Serve in a consultative capacity to stakeholders as a subject matter expert on design and branding. You will work closely with Marsh colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Sales to ensure consistent visual messaging and communication of priorities to sales/ client-facing colleagues. <BR>Result orientation is essential to understand the needs of the clients and conceptualize designs around it.<BR><BR><BR>Walk the fine balance between creative ideation and timely delivery, while maintaining <BR>corporate brand standards<BR>(link removed)><BR>Design value-add in terms of <BR>providing alternate information driven representations of raw data<BR> - Reimagine basic graphics/ pie charts/ bar graphs to more visually appealing creative representations. Combine business knowledge for appropriate solutions / imagery / graphics.<BR><BR>Incorporation of interactive and rich multimedia elements within artefacts to push the boundaries of traditional design.<BR><BR>Possess excellent <BR>attention to detail<BR> and create accurate outputs.<BR><BR>To be dynamic and effectively switch between projects to meet business priorities.<BR><BR><BR>Be client centric<BR>(link removed)><BR><BR>Excellent team player<BR> be able to build collaborative working relationships with onshore stakeholders and with the other team members within Knowledge Services Advisory team and the Advisory International design group.<BR><BR><BR>What you need to have:<BR><BR><BR><BR>4 to 6 years hands-on-experience <BR>in a Design team within a corporate environment.<BR><BR>Possess prior experience of working in a Consulting / SSC / Financial Services set up, with the agile ability to keep pace with a dynamic corporate environment.<BR><BR>Knowledge of <BR>Video Production programs<BR> such as:<BR><BR>Adobe Creative Suite Video Editing Software (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate), to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.<BR><BR>Prior experience on alternate tools/platforms such as Final Cut Pro, Tumult Hype, AVID, etc. is also acceptable if you can transition across video production platforms.<BR><BR>Adobe Audition for Sound editing. Knowledge of alternate sound editing software like Audacity, Soundforge etc. would also work.<BR><BR>Knowledge of industry standard Plug-ins & Effects Libraries, typography skills for text-based animations and well versed in the best practices for optimal rendering / hosting video outputs, on the organizations permitted platforms.<BR><BR><BR>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite<BR>(link removed) Underlying knowledge of design basics and experience on software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be needed for visualization of video content.<BR><BR><BR>Articulate Rise<BR>, Adobe Captivate or alternate Adobe tools for the creation of <BR>e-learning modules and Training interfaces<BR> for the purposes of the clients and/or the onshore teams training needs.<BR><BR>Strong foundational knowledge of <BR>typography, branding, and industry best practices<BR>(link removed) The incumbent should keep well informed of the latest trends and styles used on video outputs produced amongst other similar corporate set-ups.<BR><BR>Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into information graphics<BR><BR><BR>Communication Skills<BR> - be able to articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing<BR><BR><BR>What makes you stand out? <BR><BR><BR>Understating of insurance and risk management Ability to incorporate basic business understanding while curating content will make you a strong ally for business leaders.<BR><BR>Prior experience for <BR>design-based delivery on MS Office tools<BR> - Experience workingon Corporate Presentations, Design of RFP (Request for proposal) documents, keynote event presentations, interactive document production etc. affording you more fungibility across mediums of design delivery.<BR><BR>Basic knowledge of 3D-Studio max for creation on 3D element animation and Adobe Lightroom for correction of video clips may be helpful.<BR><BR>Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management.
