Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin/ Finance Manager with a strong background in accounting company administration and human resources. This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with laws, while managing HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Additionally, the HR/Admin Manager handles office administrative operations, coordinates with departments, and ensures smooth daily functioning. This position also includes financial management responsibilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making to maintain the company’s financial stability and align operations with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR manual Development:
    Responsible for developing and updating the Human Resource manual in adherence to the administration and financial rules of the company.
  • Contract and Onboarding Management:
    Responsible for designing and development of contracts and offer letters, and onboarding of human resources.
  • Employee Performance and Development:
    Support the human factor in the company by devising and implementing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
  • Vendor and Partner Onboarding:
    Design and develop the SoPs for onboarding of vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Legal and Compliance Knowledge:
    Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and external partnerships.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
    Drafts and implements the organization's staffing budget, administrative budget, periodic financial forecasts, accounting policies, and oversees the adherence of finances of all departments to the overall budget of the company.
  • Payroll and Payment Supervision:
    Supervise functions of payroll, vendor payments, and accounts receivable and payable in a compliant, tax-efficient way for on-time and accurate payments.
  • Financial and Administrative Tools:
    Ensure the company is armed with the required tools for financial and administrative management at all levels.
  • Financial Accounting Management:
    Responsible for managing the financial accounting activities and books of accounts for the company.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    Responsible for working with the company's secretary and internal auditing team (CA), supporting the third-party auditor of the company to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Tax Compliance:
    Assist in routine tax compliances (TDS, Prof Tax, GST, etc.).
  • Compliance Expertise:
    The candidate should be well-versed in company law, ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • CA Statutory Compliances:
    The person will be responsible for overseeing all finance related statutory compliances, such as tax filings, financial audits, and adherence to accounting standards.

Qualifications:


  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance and HR management, administration, preferably within the FMCG, luxury goods, or agri- produce industries, with exposure to companies having a turnover of INR 5 Cr or more.
  • Education :
    Bachelor’s degree in commerce / H.R / Art or a related field from any educational institution recognized by the Central Govt. or State Government or Union Territory administration. MBA Human Resource / Finance is preferable


Required Skills :

  • Broad knowledge on all accounting, financial and business principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, companies’ laws, statutory and legal compliances, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting and financial statements.
  • Proven effectiveness in managing large projects involving change management and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of India taxation regime/ laws / compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices, employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, agents, clients, and management.
  • Strong Budget setting and management experience.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skill set, and a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, other financial management software and appropriate software tools for Administrative Management.

Salary Package:
Up to 12 Lakhs Per Annum (The Salary would be decided upon the basis of resource Last Pay Certificate, Experience, Educational Qualification, and decision of Selection Committee).


Additional Perks:
Performance related pay (PRP). The PRP is over and above of yearly salary and would be

released to employee yearly, subject to achievement of defined target, performance.
