Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the leadership team to understand key business priorities and objectives to align HR strategy to business strategy. Weekly meetings with the stakeholders. Lead and facilitate organizational change and champion our People & Culture strategy Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Director to develop solutions, programs and policies. Counsel LMT on the HR aspects of key business strategies, issues and decisions Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance and implement them Help the organization become future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce in the organization and prepare them for the future include Workforce Planning, Upskilling & Multiskilling, Succession Planning Demonstrate ability to challenge the status quo and proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee experience and implement innovative and lasting solutions Act as a confidant for employees and management, to assist them in employee relations and proactively manage and resolve work related issues. Implementing & managing HR policies Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and partner with the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives Develops contracts terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Take an active and supportive role during merger and/or integration processes to understand the cultural difference and capture the good parts of the different cultures in case we have organization restructure. Ensuring high level of employee engagement and retention by taking initiatives to improve work relationships, building morale and increasing productivity of employees Manage the compliance of HR factory team for audit internal and external.

Requirements:

Hard skills: Bachelor’s or Masters in HR 10 – 15 Years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office suites. Fluent in English and in Tamil is a must. Time management and work prioritization skills Knowledge of outlook Sound knowledge on HR policies and labor relations.

Soft skills:

Proven self-starter with the ability to create and implement a vision. Good communication and articulation skills (written, verbal and presentational). First class interpersonal skills. Loyal, liable, integrity is key. Proactive & resilient attitude. Able to cope with a pressurized environment, adaptability. Team player, but also able to solve problems and work independently Flexible attitude, able to adapt to and manage change.
