Job Summary:

The role is to oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's HRIS system. The HR Technology Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the HRIS system supports the organisation's HR goals and objectives, enhances efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity, and enables strategic decision-making based on HR data analysis. By managing HRIS projects, providing technical support, and collaborating with HR and IT teams globally, the HR Technology Manager ensures that the HRIS system meets the organisation's needs, complies with regulations, and contributes to overall business success. Ultimately, this role aims to optimise HR technology and data management to support the organisation's human capital management strategies and drive organisational performance.


Qualifications/Desired Skills:

Education and Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience. MBA with HR specialization is preferred

Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience in HR and HR technology working with multinational companies

- Experience in project management and implementation of two to three HCM systems.

- Previous experience with HRIS Systems (Sage People or other SaaS systems such as Workday, Success Factors, Salesforce Advantageous), advanced Excel, and basic programming

- Previous experience working in an HR environment working with global HR systems.

- Experience troubleshooting the transactions/tasks related to business processes, reports and other issues.

Role Specific Responsibilities :

- Oversees the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems;
reports policies and procedures for internal use;
manages relationships with HR technology vendors;
and develops proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. Often consults with other divisions or department management to develop company-wide use of HRIS functions. Establishes data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration. Act as administrator and maintain electronic performance management systems.

- Stay current on HR technology trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

- Lead initiatives to optimise HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance user experience

- Manage HR technology projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements

- working closely with HR team members globally, The HR Technology Manager builds and maintains our global HR technology requirements, primarily our HRIS system. This position includes consulting with the international HR Team on developing reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information, and creating functional and technical systems documentation. This role will be the super-user for the system, responsible for building additional functionality in the HRIS system and liaising with appropriate third parties

- Design, develop and implement the solutions with Sage People (APS) to build new capabilities to establish HR processes

- Monitor and analyse APS performance and make recommendations to deliver greater operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Leads on HR software implementation and upgrades

- Perform and support testing, including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation;
contribute to test strategies and assist HR team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.

- Analyse the system impact of change in existing integrations and identify gaps to provide proactive resolutions

- Create and provide different data analytics to the HR team with the insight on data.

- Manage the monthly headcount reporting process, ensuring HR data is complete and accurate for all locations and working closely with finance to create an HR dashboard that tells our people story.

- Pro-active data gap checking to ensure functional alignment of people data. Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

- Act as super user for Aurorium People System (APS) which includes but is not limited to Solving issues as and when they arise in the tool by working closely with the local HR Managers and leveraging the Sage Support material/help desk to help with resolution where required

- Develop and manage the analytics module of APS to create a suite of global management reports accessible via self-service (and continue to provide ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders in the interim)

- Work closely with the Sage team to understand and manage new releases/product enhancements, ensuring upcoming changes are well documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders as required (typically 1 to 2 releases a year Spring & Winter)

- Work with the HR Leadership Team on deploying new functionality in the tool as per the APS roadmap Create and maintain appropriate help and user guides for the HR population as a

reference point to facilitate their learning and to create process dependency over individual dependency.

- Act as APS champion and look to continuously improve our existing functionality by joining webinars/reading update material provided by Sage relating to upcoming releases
