Post-Sales Resource:

- Oversee the implementation of solutions after the sale is completed.

- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful product adoption by clients.

- Manage client relationships post-sale and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.


Postsales - Experience 3-6 years


**Responsibilities:
** -


  • Understand the Intellect Digital Products and surrounding systems in full and ensure all the product journeys are well understood on detail process flows
  • Understand the RFP items and Presales handover from Presales team and plan for a proper Product walk through session.
  • Gather requirements from Client during the PWT session and ensure that there is not much deviation in the product features and balance the same what client wants
  • Prepare GAP analysis sheet after the PWT session and walk through the UI/UX, API interface, Dev team on the client level changes.
  • Prepare Tentative Heat map and conduct the Pre-PWT sessions internal management based on the presales handover and the PWT preparation
  • Prepare draft Heat map and conduct the Post-PWT sessions internal management based on the PWT conducted and hand it over to PMO team for tracking
  • Good knowledge on Digital Banking and payments lifecycle especially on the Europe / US / Canada space.
  • User story writing, peer review, Version maintenance of Userstories and ensuring the same is getting built from the Engineering team
  • Owning the delivery and ensuring that the scope is delivered in full for clients
  • Skill to avoid scope creeping and ensure the CR are notified in advance and taken up with PMO team for converting them as opportunities
  • Strong understanding and Handson on Lifecyle of Accounts, Deposits, Cards, Loans, PFM, Trade, BO functions, Customer onboarding etc
  • Strong understanding on SDLC, Project life cycle, API,
  • Handson on Agile, Jira, product owner testing, Project process


**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in basic knowledge on presales and strong knowledge on Post Sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the digital banking or financial technology industry
  • Deep understanding of digital banking concepts, trends, and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of responding to RFPs and delivering successful pre sales engagements, including product demonstrations and presentations
  • Good coordination skills with various teams like PMO, Dev, Interface and UI/UX team
  • Good logical thinking, problem solving attitude to pick up any kind of work pressure at client site
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
