Manager R2r

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduates/Postgraduates with strong hands-on experience in leading and managing R2R operations & book closure for Banking/Insurance clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing project transitions and leading large teams.
• Prior experience in night shifts is a must, along with the ability to take decisive action in critical situations.
• Familiarity with applications like Omni-flow, GEAC, IBPS, Blackline, Service Now, etc., is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of re-insurance and escheatment, will be an added advantage.

Job Profile:

• Lead and Manage R2R Operations:
  Oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Project Transitions:
  Successfully manage and execute project transitions, leveraging a deep understanding of the R2R cycle to optimize processes and enhance performance.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and manage large teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Decision-Making:
  Make quick, informed decisions in critical situations, especially during night shifts. Ensure that operational issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
• Application Expertise:
  Utilize familiarity with industry-standard applications such as Omni-flow, GEAC, IBPS, Blackline, Service Now, etc., to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Insurance Industry Knowledge:
  Apply knowledge of the insurance sector, including re-insurance and escheatment processes, to enhance service delivery and add value to clients.
