Job Description:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager:
    You'd work closely with the sales manager to develop sales strategies, set targets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Team Management:
    Helping to oversee the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Relations:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generating regular reports for management.
  • Market Research:
    Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Support:
    Providing support to the sales team with tasks such as preparing presentations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Goal Setting and Achievement:
    Setting clear sales targets for the team and working collaboratively to achieve them.
  • Training and Development:
    Conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Strategy Development:
    Collaborating with the sales manager and other stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.


Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or MBA in marketing is preferred
